Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Knowledge Manager (Web Developer – Web Services) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: CENTCOM HQ on MacDill AFB (Tampa, FL)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

1. The contractor shall provide Web Developer support for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications/sites, including SharePoint development.
2. Web Developers should have demonstrated proficiency in most if not all of the following: Classic ASP, JS, Visual Basic (VB) Script, HTML, C#, and additional experience with frameworks Angular and Angular JS.
3. Design, develop, and maintain web applications written in Classic ASP, VB Script, Java, and HTML.
4. Develop and maintain SharePoint based applications written for SharePoint server hosting and SharePoint REST Application Programming Interfaces (API) to add, update, and delete records from SharePoint lists.
5. Apply Internet Information Services (IIS) based skills to ensure compatibility with IIS as a hosting platform.
6. Have experience standing up web servers in a cloud environment.
7. Be able to manage a web server in a cloud environment.

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have a Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
