Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. in Maryland seeks a software professional to support development and sustainment of the WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT tools, including accessibility enhancements.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and involves interfacing with multiple applications, frontend redevelopment for accessibility, and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Java 8+ development and troubleshooting of interfaces between multiple applications.
• Experience with GWT, PrimeFaces, and Quarkus frameworks.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot interfaces across systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT tools.
• Enhance section 508 accessibility of WEBCANDID interface.
• Enhance section 508 accessibility and redevelop frontend for TESTFLIGHT UI.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot interfaces between applications.

Job Description

• Support will focus on development and sustainment of the WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT tools.
  • WEBCANDID tracks, administers, and archives requests for mission-critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners around the world.
  • Efforts will include enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current WEBCANDID interface.
  • TESTFLIGHT, is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products.
  • Efforts will include enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current TESTFLIGHT interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.

Required Experience
