Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level All-Source Analyst supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at various other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and AOI.
• Gather, analyze information, and prepare draft analytic products on military, geopolitical, socio-cultural, terrorism, cyber threats, WMD, infrastructure, and other functional areas, focusing on transnational issues.
• Produce current all-source intelligence assessments on regional and national security issues.
• Create timely, relevant analysis on security and political developments, adhering to DNI/DIA standards.
• Use structured analytic techniques, including hypothesis analysis and pattern analysis of large data sets.
• Network with regional forces, IC counterparts, and stakeholders for coordination and collaboration.
• Develop and refine collection requirements and draft intelligence questions to guide production and identify gaps.
• Support collection, operations, investigations, and other intelligence requirements.
• Provide anticipatory analysis, actionable intelligence, and support to planning and operations.
• Prepare draft products for regional and transregional issues, strategic competition, and foreign disclosure sharing.

Required Experience

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education

Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 additional years of senior experience (total 17 years).
