Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading construction general contractor who is seeking a Senior Level Accounting Consultant to join their team on a 3-4 month contract basis. Job Title:

Senior Level Accounting Consultant – Incentive Compensation Program Manager

Location:

Remote

Pay Rate:

$90.00 - $100.00/hour


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the incentive compensation program, which includes 15+ project-based plans.
  2. Utilize Callidus Cloud or equivalent sales performance management software (such as Everstage, Performio, Varicent) for data imports, reconciliations, and detailed reviews.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of commission agreements to ensure accurate calculations.
  4. Prepare accruals and be familiar with journal entries, ensuring precision in all financial aspects.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior level accounting role.
  2. Ideally experienced with incentive compensation programs.
  3. Expertise in Callidus Cloud or similar sales performance management systems is preferred.
  4. Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Familiarity with construction management incentive programs is advantageous.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage complex data efficiently.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
