Tyson & Mendes is seeking a Senior Counsel with Lemon Law litigation experience for a remote-friendly role servicing Northern California. You will manage matters from strategy through trial, with autonomy and collaboration across a national trial firm.

California bar licensure is required, and the role emphasizes ownership of cases, client relationships, and strong courtroom skills. The position offers flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a real office network in Novato, enabling

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Must be licensed in the State of California.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery, deposition and trial preparation.
• 5+ years of Lemon Law defense matters.
• 2+ years of CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation experience.
• 2+ years of General Liability defense experience.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial.
• Experience with time management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
