Formación

• 6+ years in legal recruiting or executive search, with full lifecycle ownership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiting professionals.
• Experience managing high-value legal searches and complex relationships.

• Lead growth, performance, and profitability of the Legal Talent Practice.
• Develop and expand strategic customer partnerships and searches.
• Own end-to-end recruiting engagements from intake to placement.
