Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting & Integration to lead strategic recruiting and integration initiatives for lateral partner hires, office growth, practice expansion, and group acquisitions. This full-time role offers a hybrid-remote option after onboarding, with responsibilities spanning strategy, team leadership, and program oversight.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in legal recruiting, 3+ years in management, and a JD or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; JD preferred for deeper practice insight.
• Minimum of seven years in legal recruiting or related field.
• Minimum of three years of prior management experience.
• Experience in a law firm environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute attorney recruiting and integration strategies to support firm growth.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Legal Recruiting team and programs.
• Oversee the Summer Associate program and relate initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and research to guide hiring decisions.
• Manage integration programs for new associates, lateral hires, partners, and groups.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and capture lessons learned.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports; drive performance improvements.
