Job summary

Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Legal Operations and enterprise applications, focusing on contract lifecycle management and legal processes.

You will partner with Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementations of Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign, and CLM systems. This role emphasizes remote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CLM solutions.
• Experience with Conga/Apttus and DocuSign.
• Strong understanding of legal operations and contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical specs.
• Strong project planning, design, testing, and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal Operations and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support and enhance Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign, and CLM applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, functional specs, and solution design.
• Coordinate planning and execution of system enhancements, configurations, integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, vendors, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Evaluate legal tech workflows and recommend automation and UX improvements.
• Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment of system changes.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide ongoing functional expertise for legal technology applications.
