Qualifications

• Advanced degree in law is required.
• Ten years of progressive legal experience.
• Experience as a litigator or adviser in administrative/employment law preferred.
• Ability to provide strategic legal and policy advice.

Responsabilités

• Discharge OSLA's mandate effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise legal officers and staff within the unit.
• Provide strategic legal advice to maximise resource use.
• Advise on appeals against administrative decisions and disciplinary matters.
• Represent clients before UN tribunals and external bodies.
