Starknet is seeking an interim Head of Legal to step into a General Counsel–level role with broad scope across corporate legal, strategic advisory, and treasury/TradFi matters. You will oversee the legal team, advise leadership on key initiatives, and contribute hands-on experience with traditional finance work.

This is a senior, high-impact engagement—remote-first with European overlap, 6–8 months, and flexible on engagement type.

Formación

• Senior legal leader with GC-level experience
• Strong expertise across corporate, contract, regulatory, and employment law
• Experience handling treasury, derivatives, and TradFi matters
• Proven ability to lead a legal team through growth or change
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and board members

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal direction on major initiatives while leading the legal team
• Advise on product launches, regulatory considerations, and structuring
• Lead and manage treasury/derivatives work and general corporate matters
• Support cross-functional teams with legal and compliance integration
• Represent the Legal function at Board meetings and with senior leadership
