About the Senior Legal Data Intelligence Lead Role

This role is the applied science team's primary industry expert in litigation and discovery. Reporting to the head of Applied Science, you will apply your legal expertise to evaluate generative AI capabilities, interface with litigators to gather feedback, and convey their needs to our technical teams.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities
• Engage with clients and industry to explain how our generative AI systems work and gather feedback on their performance in document analysis, classification, information protection, and knowledge curation.
• Collaborate internally with scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and enablement teams to improve AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI strategy by designing, building, and refining tests, benchmarks, and evaluation systems for our AI solutions.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate with 5+ years of legal practice as a litigator or equivalent experience in legal services or technology.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity across diverse workflows, including EDRM and broader Data Intelligence use cases.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Deep interest in using generative AI responsibly to advance law practice and access to justice.
• Knowledge of TAR, statistical validation, and advanced document review techniques.

Relativity offers competitive total compensation, including base salary, performance bonuses, and incentives. The salary range is $154,000 to $232,000, with final offers based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
