Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead international gaming regulation and licensing initiatives. You will advise on regulatory risks, manage licences, and coordinate with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires substantial in-house iGaming experience, strong corporate law background, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, global environment. Remote work is supported with international scope.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with ≥7 years of experience, ideally in-house in iGaming.
• Experience advising on gambling regulations across jurisdictions.
• Practical knowledge of gaming licence applications and market entries.
• Strong corporate and commercial law background for cross-border deals.
• Experience liaising with regulators and external advisers.
• Ability to coordinate advice across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on international gaming regulation across jurisdictions, especially B2B operations.
• Assess regulatory risks and market-entry requirements; provide practical recommendations.
• Manage gaming licence applications, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on business operations.
• Liaise with regulators, authorities, and external advisers across jurisdictions.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Support corporate governance, cross-border restructurings, and intercompany matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B contracts with game providers and partners.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior management and cross-functional teams.
