Beacon Hill Legal is looking for Senior Legal Counsel with Global Regulatory Law experience. This is a long-term temporary REMOTE position. Please see the below additional details:

• Active license to practice law. Any state is fine.
• Experience of 7+ years.
• NEED: Experience with medical device or similar clients, healthcare laws, negotiating documents related to clinical studies, and regulatory requirements governing clinical trials.
• Remote is fine, but someone local to Marlborough, MA, or Arden Hills, MN, would be a bonus!
• Duration
  • 6 - 8 months, until headcount is approved.
  • Beginning ASAP
  • Full time
• Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate legal risk and communicate effective risk assessments, including mitigation opportunities and implementation, to internal clients.
  • Partner with internal clients to ensure agreements and related documents are consistent with corporate policies, procedures and processes, and the desired business arrangement.
