Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate subcontracts and supply contracts.
• Provide contract management support to multiple teams.
• Offer HR support and cross-functional legal guidance.
• Support projects across legal, commercial and technical areas.
• Provide general in-house legal support to all functions.
• Interface with customers, suppliers and outside counsel.
