Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support the Equity Partner with high-level administrative and legal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law, and exceptional organizational and case management skills to handle complex calendars, deadlines, and deposition scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and legal support to the Equity Partner.
• Manage complex calendars, court deadlines, appointments, and case schedules.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
• Assist with trial preparation, deposition scheduling, and case management.
• Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and firm procedures.
