  • Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive collaboration and a more efficient legal review process, translating highly technical legal requirements into practical frameworks and improving how partner teams engage with Legal on a systematic, repeatable basis.
  • Own macro-project execution from conception to completion, navigating high ambiguity with full autonomy to align and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Drive systemic efficiency and team impact by diagnosing workflow bottlenecks, identifying meaningful patterns and broader trends, and architecting simple, scalable solutions, automated tools, and metric-driven processes that produce measurable improvements.
  • Partner with business leaders to architect compliant "yes, if" frameworks, proactively engineering solutions to clear complex roadblocks.
  • Serve as a core subject matter expert by embedding with business units to influence strategy, mentoring junior analysts, guiding best practices, providing constructive feedback, and helping others navigate complex risk and business questions.
Skills/Competencies
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Exercises thoughtful judgment on complex requests, identifies key legal and business risks, and recommends clear, practical next steps.
  • Demonstrates excellent institutional memory; ability to apply past precedents and context to new requests to ensure a unified legal approach.
  • Proven work experience in a dynamic environment in a legal or other high-stakes operational role.
  • Leverages AI, automation, and data to drive systemic efficiency, remove workflow bottlenecks, and support sound decision-making.
  • Possesses outstanding attention to detail and consistently produces accurate, complete, high-quality work.
  • Manages one's own workload effectively and prioritizes appropriately when faced with ambiguity.
  • Works seamlessly both autonomously and collaboratively while handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Showcases strong communication skills and adjusts communication effectively for different audiences, while maintaining a collaborative, service-oriented, and relationship-focused approach.
