$6,330.00 - $7,929.00 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Final Filing Date: 10/14/2026.
This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely or in the office; travel and in person attendance may be required as needed.
Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available). SROA and Surplus candidates are given priority; therefore, individuals with other eligibility may be considered in the event no SROA or Surplus candidates apply. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).

This position requires exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively under strict time constraints with all levels of management and staff, and occasionally the general public. The ideal candidate is an innovative and creative thinker who possesses strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be well versed in a variety of computer programs including Excel, Power Point, ProLaw, and Word, and should be able to quickly and thoroughly learn other programs. The candidate should be detail-oriented, possess good judgment, and maintain calm when high-pressure circumstances arise, responding quickly and thoroughly to deadlines. The candidate must maintain the utmost confidentiality and perform a range of duties that require tact, flexibility, and discretion. Some legal background is preferred but not a prerequisite.
