Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a senior Legal Innovation Partner embedded in firm relationships, acting as the primary strategic advisor for AI transformation. You will own client success, drive renewals and expansions, and guide adoption roadmaps from discovery to measurement of outcomes.

You’ll be a trusted thought partner, not just a vendor contact, helping clients understand what legal AI means for their practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or management consulting focused on the legal sector.
• Fluent in US English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic law firm and legal department client relationships.
• Drive renewal and expansion within your assigned book of business.
• Develop and execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps for each client.
• Lead executive-level business reviews with firm management committees, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers.
• Identify and escalate at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed client feedback into the product roadmap.
• Represent NetDocuments at legal technology conferences and industry events.
