Ideal candidates have GS-11 level experience or equivalent education, with strong guidance, documentation, and workflow-improvement skills for a federal environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09.
• Experience researching immigration status in systems/databases.
• Experience preparing documentation or reports related to immigration or administrative processing.
• Ability to provide guidance to colleagues or customers on immigration applications.
• doctoral degree or 3 years of graduate education may substitute for experience in some cases.
