Overview

Rainbow USA is one of the fastest growing juniors, kids, plus, and petite specialty apparel chains. Headquartered in Brooklyn, NY and founded in 1935, Rainbow is a fashion leader to its 14–49-year-old customers. Rainbow is looking for a quality Real Estate site research and negotiation professional. The top candidate will have experience in researching suitable retail chain store sites, negotiating win-win leases, closing the deal and following the details through to store opening.

Responsibilities

• Successfully negotiate and submit lease proposals.
• Research suitable retail chain store sites and manage site selection processes.
• Negotiate leases that meet business needs and close deals through to store openings.

Qualifications

• Real estate representative experience working with companies brokering many small stores with specific market requirements is highly preferred.
• Very strong negotiation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• An energetic, self-motivated, self-starter.
• Willingness to travel.

Compensation

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $140,000 to $170,000; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
