Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Lease Auditor to support commercial brokerage teams by delivering lease audit and administration services to clients. The role involves reviewing lease documents, conducting CAM, Insurance, and Tax reconciliations, and resolving landlord overcharges in coordination with clients.

You will work with brokers and senior leadership, manage multiple projects, and stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in any field; business, finance/real estate, accounting ideal.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review client invoices in conjunction with lease requirements and collect proper supporting documentation.
• Conduct desktop audits of Year-End CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations, interpret and analyze charges for accuracy.
• Dispute resolution with landlords for identified discrepancies and recovery of overcharges; communicate with clients after resolution.
• Ensure monthly rents are processed in a timely manner and lease obligations are accurately reflected.
• Communicate with internal brokers and external partners; update lease information in systems.
