Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in learning and development.
• 5+ years’ experience in building construction.
• 5+ years’ experience in meeting or group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and coaching a variety of courses.
• Conduct needs analysis with supervisors to determine gaps.
• Design course content using effective adult learning strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Education
