About this role

WRITER is looking for a senior learning consultant to empower our partners through interactive and engaging training sessions, both live and on-demand. For this role, we’re seeking a dynamic and polished facilitator who can deliver and continuously improve learning products, ensuring our partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI.

????️What you'll do

  • Facilitate training sessions: Lead live and virtual instructor-led training sessions to up-level our partners' sales and technical skills.

  • Enhance training content: Refine and optimize existing training materials to ensure they are engaging and effective.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to understand and meet the evolving needs of our partners.

  • Identify and address gaps: Analyze current training materials to identify areas for improvement and recommend new content to fill these gaps.

  • Empathize and advocate: Understand the challenges our partners face and champion new, innovative training opportunities to support their success.

  • Incorporate research-informed strategies: Utilize the latest instructional design and adult learning principles to deliver content that is both effective and engaging.

  • Foster a feedback culture: Implement assessment and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training outcomes and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, program managers, and internal teams.

  • Lead with curiosity: Stay abreast of the latest trends in training and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs.

️What you’ll need

  • Proven expertise: You have a track record of delivering on-demand, virtual instructor-led (VILT), and live instructor-led (ILT) training experiences, with a focus on external audiences (customers and/or partners).

  • Facilitation skills: You are a skilled facilitator with a talent for delivering interactive and effective instruction.

  • AI proficiency: Comfortable driving learning outcomes for generative AI, with a strong understanding of AI tooling and solutions (recommended but not required).

  • Stakeholder engagement: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and program managers.

  • Methodological knowledge: You are well-versed in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, and you apply this knowledge to create polished and impactful training sessions.

  • Technical proficiency: Experience with common tools for design, authoring, voice-over, and video creation.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and are comfortable with experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Self-awareness and growth: You prioritize self-awareness, seek feedback, and are committed to personal and professional growth.

  • Process improvement: You enjoy optimizing processes and projects, and you lead by example in this area.

  • Curiosity and learning: You are naturally curious and passionate about learning new things and applying them to your work.

  • Travel requirements: 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
