Cornerstone Research US is seeking a Manager, Leadership Development who will be essential in building leadership pipelines and implementing comprehensive development programs. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that foster a feedback culture, coordinate with both internal and external coaching, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, preferably in a consulting environment, and will be responsible for designing tools and strategies that empower the organization’s leadership effectiveness.

The Manager, Leadership Development is critical to the success of the initiatives that shape the future of our leadership pipeline and advisor community. This role is responsible for the implementation of competency frameworks, leadership programming, and consultant career development resources. This position supports the firm’s performance management processes and oversees specialized programs designed to maximize advisor effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Talent Development, this role owns the delivery of high-impact leadership initiatives, including 360-degree assessment frameworks, team effectiveness models, and competency modeling. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to implement scalable development strategies that support the firm’s growth and cultivate a strong culture of continuous feedback, mentorship, and leadership effectiveness.
Base Salary Range (individual) is tailored to your primary work location and the unique depth of experience you bring to the firm. Examples include:
Boston: $98,200 – $130,500
Chicago: $93,700 – $124,600
Los Angeles: $98,500 – $131,000
New York: $100,300 – $133,300
San Francisco: $105,500 – $143,000
Washington, DC: $96,200 – $128,000
Annual Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 12.5% based on individual impact and collective success.
