Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Staff Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives across global operations. You will apply DMAIC, DOE, MSA, and advanced analytics to improve quality, service, cost, and throughput while coaching Green Belts and building CI capability in a regulated life-sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in analytics or engineering preferred with proven Lean Six Sigma track record.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional CI projects in regulated life-science environments.
• Experience coaching belts and delivering enterprise-wide CI training.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and storytelling with data skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple sites or value streams.
• Apply DMAIC, DOE, MSA, Monte Carlo, and multivariate analyses to drive measurable improvements.
• Develop project charters, align stakeholders, and remove barriers to execution.
• Shape Lean deployment and daily management systems across global operations.
• Coach and mentor engineers and process owners to sustain an enterprise CI culture.
