Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Manager in Arlington, TX to lead manufacturing and warehouse operations in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

You will drive throughput, optimize labor, and partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to reduce variation and improve product quality. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to develop high-performing teams focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kanban, standard work, line balancing
• Experience with KPI metrics such as FPY, DPU, OTIF, and inventory turns
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to manage production and warehouse teams
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and configuration operations to meet SQDCP targets
• Establish and manage KPIs including FPY, DPU, OTIF, inventory turns
• Develop production schedules and labor plans aligned with customer demand and capacity
• Lead structured root-cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC)
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction across production and warehouse functions
• Collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Engineering to optimize flow and reduce constraints
