Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years manufacturing / industrial engineering experience.
- Experience leading Lean initiatives in production.
- Aerospace/defense experience preferred.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process optimization and Lean transformation.
- Drive takt time and cycle time studies and line balancing.
- Develop standardized work and visual management systems.
- Mentor supervisors and cross-functional teams.
- Present KPI results to leadership and stakeholders.
