Job summary

Alberici Constructors seeks a Lean Services Associate to support construction project delivery by assisting with Lean implementation activities. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and Lean Champions to improve planning and workflow reliability using Last Planner System.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-3 years of Lean experience, and willingness to travel up to 85% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean implementation activities on smaller construction projects with coaching from Senior Lean staff.
• Supports project teams during early planning cycles and coaches teams to ownership of planning routines.
• Manages delivery of introductory Lean and Last Planner System training.
• Assists with preparation of training materials and learning activities.
• Coaches teams in applying Last Planner System behaviors and planning practices.
• Travels to project locations across North America as required.
