Responsibilities

• Lead programs for tamper‑proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage.
• Work with engineering, product management and other partners to define workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain processes, monitoring, reporting and communication channels to ensure effective execution of programs.
• Identify and implement risk mitigations and resolve issues.
• Provide project status updates to cross‑functional teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience working with data structures or machine learning algorithms.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional technical projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and the software development lifecycle, with ability to grasp technical concepts related to AI/ML services and compliance implications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex compliance topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Benefits

US: $240,000 – $334,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
