Job summary

Louisiana State University seeks a Leadership Coach (WAE) to deliver high-impact leadership development services on-campus or remotely. The role coaches workforce leaders to enhance stress management and self-reflection, identifies needs, and creates tailored action plans with data-driven assessments.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years as a high-performing leader; a Master’s degree or ICF credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human services, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a high-performing leader or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with specific leadership experience or ICF credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in discovering and maximizing their talents.
• Develop clients’ strengths and apply them to their life and work.
• Identify organizational drivers affecting performance.
• Establish and execute individual coaching development plans.
• Administer and submit data for assessments and surveys.
• Coach leaders in trust-building, feedback, and effective one-on-ones.
