Job summary

Capital Health seeks a senior leader to oversee quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and patient safety across the health system. You will translate priorities into standardized processes, measurable plans, and sustained performance, partnering with executive and clinical leaders to close gaps and drive high reliability.

You will supervise quality, regulatory, and patient safety teams, lead data analytics for performance tracking, and ensure alignment with CMS,

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with ability to lead across diverse professional teams.
• Expertise in quality improvement methodologies and data analytics for clinical performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinker with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Operationalizes quality priorities and leads improvement initiatives across the health system.
• Monitors clinical performance metrics and reports trends, risks, and actions to leadership.
• Supports external reporting programs such as CMS and Leapfrog compliance.
• Leads patient safety programs and escalation of significant safety concerns.
• Partner with leaders to ensure alignment of quality and safety with strategic goals.
