Qualifications

• Doctor of Education or related field required.
• TPESS certification required.
• 5+ years PK-12 leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with school improvement and Title I schools.
• Curriculum design and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate annual School Improvement/Operational Plans.
• Lead and oversee the curriculum and instruction program.
• Collaborate to select and implement curriculum resources.
• Monitor instructional quality and use data to inform improvement.
• Supervise Leadership Team and expand coaching talent.
• Oversee budgeting and financial systems for LAN.
• Serve as spokesperson; coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with FWISD, university departments, and communities.
