Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Senior Manager of Internal and External Reporting and Models to oversee reporting strategy, governance, and advanced financial models in a hybrid role located in Raynham, MA, or nearby locations.

The position partners with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to deliver accurate, audit-ready reporting while driving scalable analytics and automation for the standalone orthopedics company transformation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, financial modeling, or related finance roles.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance, compliance, and decision support.
• Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights and presentations for senior leaders.
