Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial modeling with leadership
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
• Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Data modeling skills for scalable BI solutions
• Excellent communication to present to executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance, compliance, and decision support.
• Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned to regulatory and stakeholder needs.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Tech to align data sources and priorities.
• Establish data-quality standards and model governance for audit-ready reporting.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve speed and scalability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
