Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Complex Products Field Supervision Director to lead a team providing compliance support for branch offices and internal groups. You will oversee supervision of complex products including alternatives, structured notes, options, and crypto-related offerings, ensuring adherence to firm policies and industry regulations.

You will develop training, implement policies, and mentor staff while coordinating with senior management to align with firm strategy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 6+ years supervising teams with complex investment products.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses or equivalent required.
• Series 9 & 10 licenses, 24 and insurance license or ability to obtain within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Complex Products supervision team, ensuring timely reviews and support.
• Direct complex supervisory decisions using firm policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and document policies and procedures to evolve with regulatory demands.
• Develop training expectations to keep the team updated on complex products and trends.
• Mentor team members and engage with senior management on risk oversight and decisions.
