Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Eight+ years in pharmacy management or a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and manage clinical pharmacy programs across departments.
• Manage hospital drug formulary; review drug classes, optimize therapeutics.
• Lead training and disaster drills; participate in quality audits and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities and newsletter publication.
• Ensure staffing, budgeting and resources to support clinical programs.
