Responsibilities

• Performs clinical pharmacy services and medication‑therapy management.
• Precepts residents and students from colleges of pharmacy.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds and documents interventions for prescribers.
• Develops and implements drug policy, formulary reviews, and MUEs.
• Provides education to patients and families on disease states and medications.
