Solomon Page is seeking a Senior Lead UX Designer for a fully remote, ongoing freelance role. You will set product experience strategy, mentor a team of UX designers, and guide projects end-to-end across a multi-platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in UX design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to communicate complex concepts across organizational levels. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, strategy, and documentation excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design experience with senior leadership experience.
• Portfolio of original work with full design process documentation.
• Deep understanding of interaction design and UX/UI relationships.
• Experience leading and mentoring UX designers across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive digital products across multiple projects.
• Define and drive product experience strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Facilitate design sessions, present solutions, and ensure delivery of UX docs.
• Mentor and develop UX designers at all levels within the team.
• Maintain detailed UX documentation and align with roadmaps.
