Senior/ Lead UI Engineer - React. Js, Redux, UX

US Remote, US

We are currently hiring a Senior/ Lead UI Engineer for a remote role in the US.

Essential functions

1. Participate in the design and development of high-performance front-end business applications, from requirements analysis and UI/UX designs to production.
2. Constantly improve software quality by evaluating and incorporating new libraries, tools, and technologies; conducting code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.
3. Analyze and improve application performance.
4. Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks.
5. Work in an Agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are key to success.
6. Collaborate with a distributed team of developers, QA engineers, and analysts.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in software development.
2. Experience in microservice architecture.
3. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
4. Hands-on experience with developer tools such as IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control systems, bug tracking systems, build systems, code coverage, and automated testing tools.
5. Experience with unit and integration testing.
6. Desire and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
7. Ability to proactively identify and solve engineering problems.
8. Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Education in Computer Science or similar, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and programming languages.
