About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of activities.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross-functional.
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
  • Strategically engage with professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Commercial Card, payment automation, and working capital.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
  • Experience in meeting customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Effective sales presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships.
  • Professional presentation skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Travel up to 30%.
  • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
  • Compliance policies regarding outside activities and personal investing apply.
Pay Ranges:

Seattle, WA: $144,400 - $300,000 annually

San Francisco, CA: $144,400 - $300,000 annually

Portland, OR: $144,400 - $300,000 annually

Pay may vary based on achievements, skills, experience, or location.
