KBR is seeking a highly accomplished Lead Systems Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership in support of the Fires portfolio. The Lead Systems Engineer will oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for integrating weapons, sensors, launchers, C2 systems, and networks into interoperable, joint-ready capabilities.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly required.
• 20+ years of technical experience.
• Broad systems engineering skills with US Army/joint air and missile defense experience.
• Travel 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic engineering initiatives to advance tools, methodologies and digital engineering capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate weapons, sensors, launchers, and C2 systems.
• Develop long-range integration strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Guide MBSE and alignment with Government Reference Architectures and digital engineering strategies.
• Communicate technical findings and trade-offs to senior government and military leaders.
