Virtusa is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to advance architectures for large-scale systems using Python and SQL. You will contribute to design judgments, guide teams, and build modular services with a focus on scalability and reliability.

The role requires hands-on cloud work (GCP or AWS) and strong RESTful APIs, WebSocket real-time components, and architectural discipline to avoid bottlenecks or single points of failure.

Formación

• Must have strong Python and SQL with production-grade proficiency.
• Solid relational databases fundamentals; schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on cloud experience with at least one: Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with modular, well‑bounded components and low coupling.
