ARCHER is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead development and support of scalable AI/ML data platform solutions, coordinate production incident response, and implement production changes.

You will mentor team members, promote responsible AI-assisted engineering practices, automation, and operational improvements across the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE or production support.
• Strong observability, SLI/SLO/SLA and error-budget practices.
• Proficient in Python or PySpark; cloud data platforms experience.
• Ability to lead secure, compliant AI-assisted engineering tools.

Requirements

Requires strong site reliability and production support experience, including incident leadership, observability, SLI/SLO/SLA and error-budget practices, system resiliency, testing, and disaster recovery. Candidates should be proficient in Python or PySpark, experienced with AI/ML and cloud data platforms, and able to lead secure, compliant use of AI-assisted engineering tools; 10+ years in SRE or production support is preferred.
