Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience leading technologists
• Degree in CS/IS/Math or equivalent
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations
• Experience in large-scale OO or functional languages (Python, Java)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow
• Previous software engineering team management experience
