Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and Java for performance-critical systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and transaction management.
• Active involvement in open-source projects or familiarity with StarRocks, Iceberg, Parquet, Spark, Trino.

• Evidence of active participation in open-source projects or a deep understanding of technologies such as StarRocks, Apache Iceberg, Parquet, Spark, Trino, or similar big data solutions.

The base salary for this role is projected at $160,000 - $240,000 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.

Individual compensation will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
