Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to shape architecture and delivery for mission-critical platforms in demanding environments. Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
Experience with Agile delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Leadership experience overseeing mission-critical enterprise platforms.
Expertise in transaction processing, systems integration, and architecture.
Experience leading platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
Experience with both legacy and modern technologies.
Strong technical, delivery, and people leadership skills.
Ability to work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week.
Availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
