Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Python and building backend services in enterprise environments.
• Modern web UI experience with React focusing on performance and UX.
• Hands-on production AI applications using ADK and LangGraph (production).
• Experience with API design and REST/microservices best practices (FastAPI).
• Deep understanding of software design principles for large-scale systems.
• Relational databases (Postgres) and SQL fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Leads architecture and end-to-end implementation of complex software solutions across teams.
• Owns hands-on delivery of production AI/agentic applications using ADK and LangGraph, including workflows.
• Defines and enforces API design standards (REST/contract-first) and ensures usability and reliability.
• Leads UI engineering for scalable front-end components with performance and accessibility in mind.
• Writes secure, high-quality production code (Python preferred) and drives code reviews and reference implementations.
• Drives resiliency, observability, and incident response, with durable remediation of issues.
• Collaborates with Product, Design, Security, SRE, and engineering teams to translate requirements into APIs and UX.
• Drives improvements across CI/CD, test automation, and security scanning to boost delivery velocity.
