We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead with strong expertise in SnapLogic to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in EAI technologies, ETL transformations, and real-time/batch integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions
• Review and optimize existing ETL processes and redesign them in SnapLogic
• Document processes and provide user training
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of experience in EAI technologies (design and development)
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SnapLogic (development and support)
• 2+ years of experience in solution architecture/design

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in SnapLogic pipeline design and development
• Ability to analyze legacy ETL code and convert it into optimized SnapLogic pipelines
• Experience with DataStage solutions (understanding and troubleshooting)
• Implementation of real‑time integrations (web services/listeners) and batch integrations
• Knowledge of SnapLogic architecture, Snaplex, and network topology
• Experience creating reusable components and frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting skills for performance and Snaplex‑related issues
• Hands‑on experience with SnapLogic Expression Language
• Knowledge of monitoring, administration, and error‑handling mechanisms in SnapLogic
• Familiarity with CI/CD implementation in SnapLogic
