Senior Lead, Small Business Collections (Hybrid)

About the role:

As a Senior Lead, Small Business Collections, your primary responsibility is to lead the daily functions of the Small Business collections team focusing on mid-stage collections. You will teach and mentor representatives to ensure success and a quality customer experience. You will also ensure the team is aiming for maximum efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team through KPIs maximization, operational structure, and collections strategies
  • Identify process improvements and procedural challenges and recommending appropriate solutions based on trends in goal and KPI reporting
  • Identify and recommend dialer and operational improvements to help maximize results
  • Increase the representatives productivity through best practices and coaching
  • Build strong relationships and understand the needs of business partners
  • Help with new hire interviews, make hiring decisions and manage the onboarding process for all new hires within your department and function
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by direct manager

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of leadership experience in B2B Collections
  • Familiarity with loan operations or the lending industry
  • Expertise in building strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to quickly resolve problems and adapt to changes with ease.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $76,000 to $98,800. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits.

  • Hybrid roles entail working in-office from Tuesday to Thursday, with the choice to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
