Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to lead the architecture, design, and modernization of our customer financial platforms supporting billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and accounts receivable operations. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in CI, FI-CA, CM and collaboration with business and tech teams.

You will shape solutions, drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and oversee integrations with SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce, and payment gateways as part of

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise application, solution architecture, or SAP experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with deep expertise in CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems, and customer‑facing applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and convert business requirements into practical solution designs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM with CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Provide architecture leadership for billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and cash application.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce, and payment systems.
• Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns using CPI, REST, messaging platforms, and file-based interfaces.
• Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, design reviews, and solution discussions.
